Peach Chutney

Peaches, ginger, mustard seed, red pepper flakes, garlic... Made during the height of the peach season to ensure the best flavor, this chutney is wonderful over a grilled white fish or when served alongside roast pork, wild game or poultry. For a quick hors dʼoeuvre, spread over cream cheese or brie and serve with crackers
