Captain Rodney's Crackberry Jam

We have been making this "secret" jam for friends and family for a few years now but some secrets are just too good to keep, so after many requests to add it to our line we are happy to present Crackberry Jam. Just like the name we melded cranberries and blackberries together to make something even better. The sweetness of the blackberries and the pure cane sugar is balanced by the tart bite of cranberries and a touch of lemon. Please welcome the newest member of the Captain Rodney's family, Crackberry Jam.

Ingredients: Pure cane sugar, Cranberries, Blackberries, Lemon Juice, Fruit Pectin, Butter, Salt, Orange liqueur flavor.
