CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE
1 bag Chocolate Pound Cake Mix
1 cup softened butter
3 beaten eggs
1/3 cup milk
Cream softened butter with mixer, add mix and beaten eggs, stir in milk. Mix well, about 5 minutes with mixer. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 325°F for approximately 50-58 minutes. Gently remove from oven. Let cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Yield: 8 – 10 servings.
